Notes
Salted caramel sauce adds a wonderful contrast to the sweet and spicy flavors in this drink.Chill your copper mug in the freezer for ten minutes before building the cocktail for best results. For a mocktail version, omit the vodka and replace with sparkling apple cider. Check caramel sauce labels for dairy if making a dairy-free version for little ones.Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Pink Lady apples hold up best in the drink without going mushy. To batch this for a party, multiply the vodka and lime juice and mix ahead. Add ginger beer, apples, and caramel drizzle per mug at serving time.
