Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package St. Pierre Brioche Slider Rolls Sliced Lengthwise, NOT Separated
  • 2 Cups Colby Jack Shredded
  • 2 Pounds Hamburger Browned
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions Optional
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/3 Cup Mustard
  • 1/3 Cup Worchestire
  • 1/2 Cup Dill Relish Optional
  • 1 Package Bacon Optional
  • 1 Dash Salt & Pepper
  • Burger Seasoning
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 400 degree. Place Bacon on broiler pan (with second pan underneath) Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Add olive oil, onions and garlic to medium heat on the stove. Saute until aromatic, then add hamburger and brown the meat. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite burger seasoning as you go.
    2 Pounds Hamburger, 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions, 1 Dash Salt & Pepper, 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic, Burger Seasoning
  • Once Hamburger is fully cooked, add in Worchester, ketchup, mustard, and relish and cook until sauce has thickened.
    1 Cup Ketchup, 1/3 Cup Mustard, 1/3 Cup Worchestire, 1/2 Cup Dill Relish
  • Complete the filling by adding the cheese and crumbled bacon
    2 Cups Colby Jack, 1 Package Bacon
  • Pick up entire package of St. Pierre Brioche Slider Rolls, set it up-right on the side, CAREFULLY take a large bread knife and slice down the center of the entire pack of rolls, creating a flat sheet of the bottoms and tops of the rolls.

  • Place the bottom of the brioche rolls into the backing dish, spoon cheeseburger sloppy joe mixture, and close the sliders by place the top sheet of rolls on top
  • Melt the butter, mix in the minced garlic and brush the top of the rolls with garlic butter. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and bake for around 5 minutes or until the rolls have browned slightly and crisped.

Notes

This meal is a crowd pleaser and holds well in a crockpot if made ahead. It also reheats really well. If making ahead, leave filling off of the slider rolls and assemble right before serving.
