I get by with a lot of support from my husband Shane, Christ, and iced coffee. Around here you’ll find a little bit of everything that makes up our life. I love sharing light, positivity, and kindness wherever I can.

Most days you can find me cheering on my loved ones, cooking in the kitchen, reading a good book, lifting at the gym, spending time in nature, exploring new destinations, or chasing my kids around.
